Shipping and Exchange
1. FiberZone strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:
2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 03 days of payment only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- Please email pictures of the defective item to fiberzone13a@gmail.com within 5 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute.
Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice.
3. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
4. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
5. Refund policy: We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support a refund policy for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
